Art Instructor Resume

Art instructors are professionals who provide training on practical aspects of art. They usually clear concepts on “how to do” a certain things. For example, they may teach students on how to prepare for creating drawings, sketches, and paintings, how the brush stroke should be used, hold the pencil, or a digital device to draw figures using design software. They work in primary, secondary, and higher schools and serve as the art coach to students. These art instructors may also choose to work with adults and children at correction facilities and help them express their feelings. In any work setting, the role of these art professionals will be to plan, organize, execute, and direct art and crafts programs and activities.

The job needs ability to instruct, coach, and supervise students during art sessions. The candidates must have the expertise in working with tools and equipment necessary for creating an artwork. Further, experience in conducting and inspecting art workshops is also required.
