Vocational counselors are also called employment counselors and career counselors. Their job is to meet clients, review their resume, assess their skills, and find and suggest appropriate profession. They convince clients about their capabilities and how to make the most of them. Becoming aware of clients' potential is the first thing they do, which in turn, help them to guide and look for the job. They are found in a variety of settings from private and public agencies to school, colleges, and rehabilitation centers.
