Relationships management are of two types: customer relationship managment and business relationship management. Genrally banks follow this management concept since they have to develop and maintain relationships with customers as well as partners. But since businesses are dynamic, other organizations too follow it. Based on your interest, you can either work with customers or business partners to develop the business. As a relationship manager in bank, you will manage clients that the bank have formed a group. In manufacturing or service sector, you will do the same thing, but with different products.
