- Paralegal Resume
A paralegal is defined as a person who is trained in ancillary legal matters but not fully qualified as a lawyer as of yet. He works in the capacity of an assistant of a lawyer and also has to perform some secretarial and administrative duties. These include preparing legal documents, while summarizing others, carrying out legal research, looking into the correspondence of the organization, and all other paper work. A paralegal knows and manipulates the real work that is done behind the scenes. He knows what it takes to win a case. Moreover, his job is not as stressful as a lawyer's. Hence, many people desire this job while the incumbents are not ready to leave it.
