Support managers or customer support managers are hired by organizations to develop and implement customer support policies and procedures. They are responsible for providing high degree of quality support to customers. These professionals are also expected to develop customer support team by hiring and providing training to employees. They assist the team in every aspect of customer support business and handle unsatisfied customers. If the company is also operating overseas, the support managers will also oversee daily functions of that particular office.
