They take phone calls, answer inquiries, and ensure important messages of the management are communicated clearly and in time to the employees. They plan meetings, prepare monthly calendars for executives, fix appointments, update databases, coordinate with the client on behalf of the office, check and answer e-mails, operate office equipment, and answer inquiries. The job doesn't need higher qualification. A candidate who has a high school diploma can apply for it. However, she must have strong grasp on verbal and written communication and computers.
