Dear Mr. Pinkman,
This letter is in reference to your advertisement in last week's edition of the Colorado Weekly magazine regarding the job opening for the position of a material handler at your company. Based on my seven years of experience as an efficient material handler, I would like to apply for this position.
As a material handler with ABC manufacturers, my basic job functions were to move specific material from the manufacturing plant to the company warehouse. I am professionally trained in the usage of tools such as steel cutters, crowbars, sledgehammers as well as vehicles such as forklift trucks and hand-operated cranes. I also possess experience in the stocking of goods and maintaining an inventory list for the same. My knowledge of computing tools such as MS Excel and Outlook has helped me in my inventory tasks.
I have enclosed my resume along with this letter for your further reference. I would love the opportunity to appear for a personal interview for this position. Please feel free to contact me on the details given above if you have any queries. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely yours,
Jason H. Hall
