Subject: Application for the position of facilities manager
Dear Ms. Williams,
In continuation to the telephone discussion we had yesterday, I am please to write this letter for the position of facilities manager and work with Calsoft Industry. I have already mentioned during the brief communication we had about my skills and expertise in the area of facilities management. Nevertheless, I am just reiterating the key points here to save your time.
I have four years of experience in handling construction, repair, and maintenance work of any big and small facility regardless of the nature of work going there in. I have looked after all types of contracts for my employer, Sky-Light Enterprises. Be it rent agreement, collection of payment, offering the best of facilities and round-the-clock security. I am a management graduate from California University, and have also completed a certification course in fire & safety. The knowledge I have acquired over the years has offered me the skills of preparing and implementing building codes for the clients as well as employer's interests.
I have good contacts with vendors and supplier of building materials and electronics products. The cordial business relationship I enjoy with them helps me in getting the best deal in annual maintenance projects. In case there is any problem relating to plumbing, electricity or air-conditioning, I get them fixed instantly before they become an issue. I am aware of the physical inspection procedures and takes a walk of the facility more often than necessary.
Please let me know when you can spare a few moments to discuss my candidature in length by calling at 284-394-5871. Thank you for being patient in reading this letter.
Sincerely,
Charles Schwimmer
