Coordinators have to implement and manage every administrative function for the organization or business. The main responsibilities of a coordinator are to provide special administrative support, manage the budget and act as the liaison for all the departments, staff members and outside members as well. These coordinators have to maintain an organized and efficient office environment. They will have to constantly maintain and monitor the inventory with office supplies, process the incoming mails and help with meeting preparations. Coordinators will also have to manage the accounts, forecast, calculate depreciation for the assets and invoice the process. Moreover, they have to monitor the compliance of budget and make billing statements and billing reports.
Coordinators have to work hard for maintaining collegial partnerships with their staff members, department teams and outside vendors.
