The application cover letter is written in response to job advertisements in the newspapers and magazines. The cover letter is divided into four sections such as contact details, introduction, main body and conclusion. Following the introduction main is the important part of the cover letter. It is also called as the heart of the cover letter. The heart of the cover letter gives pertinent job description such as cleaning and maintaining the program vehicles and providing logistical support for the regular course operations.
