The paralegals in the real estate will work closely with the lawyers in the commercial and residential sector of real estate. They will help attorneys in carrying out different tasks and researching, and creating cases associated in the real estate and matters in land-use. Their main duties are preparing documents that are required for hearing, trials meetings or closings. They will also have the complete responsibility of going through the documents, which are related to the real estate and bankruptcies. Paralegals are also known as legal assistants. They are given special training to work with direct supervision under the licensed attorney.
