Prepare a file of necessary documents that are essential in supporting your claims.
- Mention your insurance policy number and the case reference number in the letter. State that you are appealing against the denial of the claim for (insert the claim name). Include the reason why the company seems your case ineligible for the payment.
- State facts proving how the denial is wrong. If you have read the insurance clause thoroughly and you believe that your filed claim is right according to it, mention it. Though the company has legal experts with them, the reason for rejection may be due to some clerical error in inputing the code or the policy number.
