Kevin Harris February 19, 2009 David Moore Dear Mr. Moore: I am writing this letter to thank you for your valuable time and guidance during my visit to your firm last week. You not only invited me to your office but also helped me in understanding the nuances of designing. I got first hand experience of how designing is done in a professional architectural firm. I have learned designing in my course but this visit was a practical exposure. I observed a lot of things in the designing department and loved the interaction that I had with your designing staff. In the month of May, will be completing my course in Interior Designing. After the completion of course, I have to pursue a three month internship. If I get an opportunity, I would love to work as an intern with your firm. I will get back to you with my detail resume in the last week of April. As I had discussed with you, I had an opportunity to showcase my designs in the Annual Conference of Interior Designers last year. I even got Second prize. I am creative and can complete work in stipulated time frames. I can handle stress. These skills will help me in working with your growing firm. I will learn a lot of new skills as an intern and help the team with my creative abilities. Thanks once again for arranging the visit and I will get back to you in April to discuss whether you can help me in getting internship in your firm. Thanking You Kevin Harris |
