Qualifications

His software skills should be excellent. Having a master's degree in software engineering or an MBA in systems and IT would be an asset for this position. He should have good observation skills and must be able to manage multiple projects at the same time. Having good communication skills would be considered an asset. At last, but not the least, he must have good organizing skills and should be able to work effectively in a team.

Salary

An ETL architect draws a minimum salary of around USD 104, 000 to 124, 000 per annum on an average. This varies from place to place depending on the firm.
