The international human resources manager responsibilities include doing the jobs and playing the role of a global human resources manager. - Organizing and granting immigration and visas for and to the international employees
- Completing the immigration and visa-processing activities and other official formalities of the employees

- Making sure that the computer web network of the global company is maintained at all the times

- Informing the employees about the new human resource related policies, plans, programs, events and rules and regulatory modulations as early as possible
- Making the employees aware of the status and position of the company and getting them acquainted with various ways and means of improving the same in the organization with the administrator and supervisory staff and personnel
- Backing-up the creation and design of new gainable and profitable strategies, programs and events and enforcing them to benefit the entire organization

- Making sure that the employee files are designed, developed and upheld properly, safely, timely and comfortably
- Gaining access to the required employee files and documents, as and when the situation demands

Educational Qualifications and Skills Required
The person who wants to hold and execute the job roles, duties, tasks, undertakings, workings, operations and responsibilities of the international human resources manager must have a bachelor's degree in business administration. This degree is known as B.B.A and is the minimum requirement for this post.
While doing B.B.A., the candidate should major or specialize in international business, finance or accounts, economics or in a similar field or branch.
