- Ensure correct and timely delivery of payroll and benefits
- Act as the first point of HR contact for employees

- Provide support for the Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
- Conduct audits to ensure integrity of the data
- Process the vendor invoices and reports
- Oversee administration of leave programs like Paid Time Off, Short Term Disability Leave, etc.
- Assist the HR in the recruitment process - coordinate with the employment agencies, set up interviews, issue correspondence, etc.
- Draft job descriptions – clearly outlining the skills, qualities and qualifications desired in a successful candidate
- Prepare accurate salary slips for employees including gross and net salaries and any deductions such as taxes, etc.
- Notify the current staff of any internal opportunities
