- Assisting sales managers in evaluation and development of sales strategies for various accounts, assisting the manager in sales management process, and participating in negotiation activities for new accounts
- Maintaining and updating the consumer database, interacting with local and corporate customers for order placement, and conducting the follow up of post sales activities
- Interacting with center operations for ensuring the proper fulfillment of local and corporate accounts, managing the assigned accounts on field, along with ensuring the compliance guidelines issued by the organization
- Obtaining sales quotations in local and corporate accounts, prospecting new business activities regarding the same, and identifying consumer solutions for providing excellent service to the customers
- Generating leads and keeping its follow up for penetrating the sales activities in strategic and commercial accounts
- Implementing marketing programs for field accounts by making new contacts, providing site appointments, and carrying out consumer follow up by mails
Required Qualifications and Skills
For executing the role of a field accounts executive efficiently, one must obtain a bachelor's degree in either business management, sales, accounting, or marketing. One can also start his career in this field if he applies for relevant course in the field of sales and marketing. Also, having work experience in the relevant field is also considered by the employees before they shortlist eligible candidates for this position.
