- Coordinating the budget development for implementing the budget control systems, record-keeping systems, and other processes fundamental for administrative control; negotiating with suppliers, distributors, and federal / state authorities for budget management
- Leading the high end management staff like board of directors, senior management committees, governing authorities, etc., directing other coordinating business operations like production, pricing, sales and distribution, advertising, and accounting
- Presenting information and delivering speeches in seminars, conferences, and convocations for promoting business services and exchanging business ideas, writing and publishing articles in business magazines, etc., for business promotional activities
- Collaborating with government and corporate officials for explaining to them the company policies, dealing with legislative activities, rules, and regulations implemented by federal/state authorities, reviewing the policies implemented by government officials and recommending them to change certain policies if needed
- Liaising between organizations and shareholders, administering operational programs like site selection, construction, and equipment supplies, and coordinating the business activities like buying and selling of investment products, financial services, etc.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The main qualification required for obtaining a post as an executive administrator is a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration and Management, Business Commerce, Entrepreneurship Studies, International Business, or other equivalent degree in related fields.
