Field Director Responsibilities
A field director is responsible for evaluating and overseeing the activities of the employees who have attended the customer's site for resolving their queries. They have to monitor the activities of the field employees and make sure that they fulfill all the customer's requirement regarding their queries. - Promoting the fieldwork associated programs through seminars, workshops, and other methods accordingly, collaborating with NGOs and other investment partners for conducting the fundraising programs, and traveling extensively for maximizing the field exposure of the organization
- Building a long lasting relationship with the business officers, project partners, investment partners, and other personnel associated with field staff management, managing the company database for filtering the field staff as per their work assignments, and coordinating with the executive director for managing the staff accordingly
- Following all the procedures and policies regulated by the organization, keeping up to date knowledge about the new developments in the management techniques and developmental thinking, and reviewing the field work progression accordingly
Required Qualifications and Skills
The basic qualification required to be eligible for accomplishing the role of a field director is a bachelor's degree in the technical field like engineering or management. Along with this, relevant experience in the management of employees and / or volunteers, community event planning, and the political / community level organizational activities is considered by the employers.
