- What are the core skills that an HR professional must possess?
Again this is a question that relates to your knowledge of subject. Thus, include the technical language to impress your knowledge upon the panelists.
- Out of all the qualities, which qualities do you associate yourself with?
This is another trick question that can land you into trouble, if not answered correctly. It is safe to admit not to posses certain skills. And, make sure to say that you are eager to learn them as soon as possible.
- Why do you want to work with us?
This is the time when you can actually score the best throughout your interview. Research the company thoroughly and gather its good points. Speak about the high company standards that appeal to your working methods. You can also talk about how the overall goodwill of the company has impressed you.
- How long would you work for us?
Now, this is the question that asks your commitment to the company. Assure the panelist that your career step is a long term objective and that you wish to grow with the company.
