Clinical Laboratory Technician Resume
A clinical laboratory technician collects samples of body tissue, blood and urine and performs a test in the laboratory to detect presence of bacteria, and parasites in the sample. The results of the testing and analysis done on the collected specimens make easier for the physicians to chalk out the treatment for patients. Most clinical laboratory technicians work in hospitals. But they are also required by pharmaceutical companies, blood banks, and other research labs. To don the uniform of this job title, one must complete a bachelor's or an associate degree in medical technology. Most states also ask for a NAACLS (National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences) certification.
