The position of a photo director is highly responsible one. A photo director works for an advertising and film industry. He or she plans motion pictures or stills and makes certain that the photographs are impressive and expressive at the same time. The person needs to take care of all aspects of photography from lighting to color and background. The incumbent will need to judge the ambiance, background, story/message, look of the artists, their costumes, accessories and expressions while taking photographs. The jobholder has to ensure that each scene or photograph is shot aesthetically and holds the attention of the viewer.
