Aquatics directors are experts in swimming and hold a great amount of knowledge of training and activities that can be conducted in a pool. They are responsible for the overall management of the pool from safety to training and procuring training equipment. These professionals also have to plan and offer summer training programs for children and adults interested in learning swimming.
