After-school counselors plan and conduct all the fun-filled and learning activities for children studying in elementary schools. They are hired to ensure children develop skills in arts and crafts, computers, sports, board games, etc. While the children are playing and enjoying themselves, it is the counselors' duty to ensure children's safety. They may even read interesting and inspirational stories to children to motivate them in completing the tasks in hand. Ordering, storing, and maintaining toy materials for children's use are also their responsibility.
