Audience coordinator is responsible to ensure enthusiastic presence of audiences in watching and participating in events. He coordinates with the marketing teams to come up with attractive advertisements to promote an event and encourage the audience to attend the concerned show. He trains a team of customer service executives who take up enquiry calls, answer emails, or attend to walk in respondents and provide them with information about the event. He ensures the interested people make bookings. He collects daily booking records and keeps track of the sold and unsold tickets. He co-operates with the event organizers and makes sure there is sufficient space to accommodate the audience, the seating arrangements are neat and they are marked with accurate seat numbers. In addition, he looks after the arrangements for food, security and parking for the audiences.
