RTI Coach Resume
RTI stands for Response to Intervention. It is a method of identifying learning disabilities among children. As it is a systematic approach towards educational problems, people need to have good knowledge and experience to become an RTI coach. These coaches help children to grasp what is being taught to them. They observe students who find difficulties in grasping instructions, analyze their behavior, and decide teaching methods. Being a coach, they have to hold excellent teaching and observation skills along with the ability to understand children's psychology.
