An apprentice electrician is commonly a candidate who has currently finished his/her formal training in electrical and is performing the job duties under the surveillance of an expert and experienced electrician in an organization. He is basically the one who is at the learning stage. Being a new entrant in the field, he is asked to do any work the supervisor deems necessary. He has to hold the ladder for the senior electrician, perform drilling, provide tools when asked, take measurements, and work with power and manual tools. As he is lacking in experience, he cannot deny or ignore any instructions and work.
To work as an apprentice electrician, he must complete a diploma in electrical science, gain knowledge of electrical circuits, and be able to work in any condition and handle pressure.
