A crane operator uses any type of crane to lift and transport objects that bear weight in tons. The person may work on any one type of crane depending on his or her skills and experience. The crane operator may operate a mobile crane, tower crane, or self-erect tower crane. The skills of these operators are required by construction companies, railways, and shipping companies, and cargo handlers. To operator any crane, lots of training and precision is required.
